My experience with NYC Floor Pro was entirely positive and actually worthy of more stars than 5. After my (former) housekeeper took it upon herself to buy a cheap, waxy floor product to make my beautiful hardwood floors "shiny" and absolutely RUINED them in the process, John assured me that he could restore my floors "to their original glory." I was skeptical at first and alas, John kept his promise. I will never forget when I came home from work and opened the door to floors that looked brand new. He and his staff were professional, ON TIME, and I got the sense that they really cared. I highly recommend NYC Floor Pro.

NYC Floor Pro refinished all the wood floors in my home last month and did a fabulous job! The crew was very professional and trustworthy. They accommodated my schedule, showed up on time and cleaned up so well after the job was done. I was surprised to see just how little dust was left after they cleaned up and left virtually no chemical smell. My floors look brand new and blend so nicely! I have gotten so many compliments on them! I would definitely recommend NYC Floor Pro for anyone looking to refinish their wood floors. Plus, their prices were very reasonable!

Best flooring company around.. They have very knowledgeable estimator that walked us through every step of the process, they handled all the paperwork with our building. Crew was very professional they installed the new floor and it came out PERFECT
