Very disappointed in lack of response to the needs of those seeking assistance. Ms Clark failed to make appropriate corrections regarding the effective date of my Medicare reimbursement as promised on September 18, 2015. I was told that I would receive my reimbursement check by the end of November. On December 7, 2015, I returned again to Employee Benefits only to find out that Ms Clark had not made the correction to my effective date and hadn't submitted information for processing of 2014 reimbursement. Instead I was told that it wasn't corrected and that I had to wait yet another 6-8 weeks for a check by the receptionist. This is unacceptable and I will submit a letter to the agency Commissioner.
