Can someone report or forward this to board of education? I want to point out how badly PS169(@44 st & 7ave Brooklyn) handle kindergarten application. Application letter sent to parents told us to pick up apps form with 2 proofs of address. When lining up in freezing cold morning on Jan9, school told us we need to bring all docs including birth cert & immunization record etc. when I got these back, I was told that they only accept 25 apps. What a kind of school practice! Parents are freezing standing outside our neighhood school and what we got is a full pot of cold welcome. Why can they do this better? Instead of letting us wait, do some kind of appointments or schedules after school verify proof of address.instead the school chose to refuse. If some happen to read this, pls forward to someone you know so we all can get our school work better.thanks in advance.
