NYC Auto Body in NY is the most reliable towing service that I ever dealt with. When my truck was stranded with a broken drive shaft, NYC Auto Body sent the right flatbed the first time and got my vehicle off the highway before rush hour started.

Honest, warm, professional. Idan was so helpful and after having my Sideview mirror fall off, he was able to repair it to get me back on the road until I can save the money to replace it. they've made a loyal customer out of me!

What can I say Idan did a great job. When the insurance co low balled my estimate he worked directly with them to increase it to cover the proper repairs. Even got the car dropped off. Good work. Honest and friendly staff. Thanks guys
