- Terrible #164364
Bad Organisation, several passengers had to wait because of low capacity. No additional Bus was ordered. Bus capacity is 31 persons for each bus. Better take a taxi and divide the fare with one of the other guys waiting. Taxi to JFK is a fixed fare in yellow taxis. Never again NYCAirporter !!!

Great way to get to JFK airport. They stop at every terminals. I was able to book my 2 way ticket online. Their employees all wear uniform and easy to spot outside of Port Authority and at the airport.
Their bus have free wifi too.
