Agree with previous reviewer. Customer service is non-existent. Paid almost $300.00 for a monthly pass for Edgewater service, understand they can't control ice on the Hudson River, but they won't issue any sort of credit for the several days the service is suspended.
We are disputing the charge and pursuing the matter through our financial institution....

Terrible customer focus - zero basically. Surly bus drivers, expensive now with continued increases inevitable as they expand parking, stranded customers at some terminals. Boat staff is great but company as s whole not at all.

NY Waterway ferry delivers me from a stressful day by getting me home quickly. No matter how much traffic is lined up at the Port Authority Bus Terminal or Lincoln Tunnel, I know I can reach my car at Port Imperial quick and easy and leave the craziness in New York. My time is valuable and NY Waterway knows it. New York is not getting any less stressful, that's why I love the NY Waterway ferries.
