Terrible. First off, they are not even at the 10 Downing location anymore and the receptionist didn't bother to tell me that when I made an emergency appointment to see a doctor. So I rush to get there only to realize I have to take a cab to get to the actual location. Then the doctor says they will send the prescription to my pharmacy, later that day when I check with the pharmacy they say they have no record of it and when I call NY Vision Group, they are already closed at 4pm on a Friday. So that means I have to suffer all weekend, which is what I was trying to avoid by rushing to get there today. Not to mention they had typos on their new client application form! They suck.

NY Vision Group is awesome! They are efficient, friendly and super knowledgeable. I had a problem with my eye that involved surgery (not laser but the kind with a knife). I was back to work the next day, no pain and for the first time in years, not experiencing discomfort in my eye.

Dr Koster even called me the evening of the surgery from upstate to check on me. That even impressed my Mom (she's tough as nails!).

I fully recommend NY Vision Group.
