NYS Police would like all citizens to be informed that all females duly have the legal right to compromise and violate traffic safety, driver safety abs put males in harms way without the fear of arrest. 2 years after reporting to state police an criminal infraction, infringement of my rights, a female of white plains roams free with her cohorts.
