I can't speak to the physical therapy part of this establishment, but the clinic upstairs is wretched. With an appointment you will wait a couple of hours in order to see a doctor for five minutes. I think they just give everyone the same appointment time!
Staff is shockingly incompetent. My doctor said I needed an MRI for both feet, and her assistant gave me a form that, when I reached the imaging place, turned out to be for one foot x-ray and one hand x-ray! When I went back, they took the form and, fifteen minutes later, brought back the same form with the hand x-ray crossed out so that it was for a foot x-ray. It took another 15 minutes to get a properly filled-in form.
Later my doctor said I needed physical therapy and when I looked at what she had given me, it wasn't a referral or a prescription and didn't have her name or code number on it. I suppose it might have been accepted at the PT place downstairs, but I had no intention of going there.
The unprofessionalism pervades every bit of this place. Someone calls up the day before to make sure you're keeping apartment, and the conversation every time was, "This is the doctor's office. You have an appointment tomorrow. Are you coming?" "Yes" [hangs up].
Later the same day I would get a recorded appointment reminder, and even *that* was done by someone who sounded like they really hated the day they recorded the message.
The waiting room is crowded and there's not even a magazine to read. On the bright side, they do have a water cooler with cups and toilet tissue in the restroom, so I guess it could be worse. But not much.
