I honestly don't know what I would have done without Larry from NY Computer Hospital... I turned on my computer one morning (after having not been on for a few days) to discover that a virus had been eating at my files for days. I could see the files, but I couldn't open them. I don't know a lot about computers, but what I did know was that I had literally thousands of photos from my toddler's life on the computer that weren't backed up anywhere (my fault, I know), but these are priceless, irreplaceable memories, and I truly believe that I would not have them today if it weren't for Larry. He worked literally 18 hours straight in one day trying to fixed the damaged files and remove the virus, and that was only day 1! I feel so lucky to have come across his company on google. I don't think that just any computer specialist would have been able to fix my computer because the virus was so embedded and had been on the system for so long without my knowledge. I will see him for every one of my computer needs from now on. He is a wonderful person and a true computer expert. I cannot thank him enough for his time and his efforts with me and my computer. You would honestly be crazy to go anywhere else - just call Larry if you have a computer problem!

Not surprisingly, I was so anxious and frustrated after my hard drive died! However, thanks for Larry, I can finally get back a lot of important files. Since the condition of my hard drive was so bad, he had been working day and night for more than a week to have the data recovered. I really appreciate all his efforts to save my files. Having a very friendly and understanding personality, Larry is much more than a technique guy you can trust and count on with either software or hardware problems of your computer.

Larry is the best! My network-attached storage drive was completely gone. I called Seagate and their tech support couldn't help me. I had years of baby and family photos and videos that were on the drive so I had to get the data recovered. Larry went the extra mile with decryption and data recovery to recover all my files!!
