Just got a Compustar PRO 2-way 901 remote start installed in my wife's 2014 Subaru Legacy. I knew almost instantly after walking into the shop and talking to Carlos (the owner) that I wanted to get it installed there. Everything was installed neat and clean, with all the connections soldered, and Carlos even emailed me pictures of the install for me. He even took the time to email me back when I had questions after installation, so you'll get good customer service too. When it comes time to replace my 10 year old truck with something new, I'll definitely be back to put a remote start in that too.

Admittingly, I'm pretty picky when it comes to my car. I have a BMW convertible, and I wanted to install a new head unit, speakers, and a remote start. When I asked the BMW dealership for recommendations, they said "we wouldn't trust any aftermarket dealer with a BMW, they are very difficult cars to work on". They also advised "you would want someone who is MECP certified".

I did a quick google search, and came to find that Carlos Ramirez from NVS is the only master MECP certified installer in the entire state! I still wasn't sold, so I did a pop-in unannounced. I explained what I wanted, and I told Carlos up front I wanted to make sure that my car was treated like it was his own. He then took me into garage, and when I saw that there was a ferrari, a fully restored 69 camaro, an Acura NSX, and a porsche, I quickly realized that my car was the least expensive car there by a long shot!

When I saw that each car was covered with plastic that wasn't being worked on, and that these guys really know what they are doing, I was sold.

I left my car, and have found my installer for life from this point forward. If you have a high end car and want the best - this is your shop. If you want a butcher, find any place with 15 honda civics parked outside and use them. My car sounds amazing, and I am warm in the winter and cool in the summer thanks to NVS!

This place is great, They did a audio system and a remote start for my BMW and everything came out perfect. NVS AUDIO is the best , I am so happy with their work.

Great service, they did a great job installing my remote starter, Carlos drove me home and pick me up when the job was done, Damian took his time showing me how to use my brand new Compustar cs700 remote starter and answered all my questions, I highly recommend NVS AUDIO to everyone.
