Nutley Properties

Our family just moved in and we couldn't be happier. The women who work the management office are very kind, considerate, and more than proficient with any questions and concerns that have be asked. We have amazing neighbors who have introduced themselves and made us feel welcomed not to mention. We met some coworkers who live at the same community as us and reassured us that Nutley Properties is safe and inviting. Parking is a little rough, but that's a given anywhere, just pay extra for a garage or a parking permit no biggie. I have seen plenty of children running about and playing, and while I don't mind it and it seems management doesn't either , it seems to be others in the complex who complain and then management intervenes which is a shame because you would think that everyone would try to remember what it's like being a child. I live on the first floor and yes, I can hear my neighbor walking around and living , but it's not atrocious and it's not unbearable just typical living noise and we're more than happy with it. Our apartment is always warm, I'm anemic so it works for me, and opening the windows cools down the apartment appropriately. Not to mention we have a AC for the summer if need be. The only concern I have is that yes, you can see into everyone's apartment and conversations do carry if your windows are open but any decent person just ignores it. We have moved in at all hours of the day and night and if you say Hello, you're bound to get a hello back. Someone posted about rats or mice ? Lol maybe they meant the wild rabbits that sit in the grass and hop about ? Saw rabbits by tons, adorable. I'll update during the holidays to keep up with RECENT and THOROUGH updates of Nutley properties because if I would have listened to the comments I read I would have missed out on a great complex for my family. Just wish they allowed small dogs or cats, then our home would definitely feel more homey lol. So far, happiness.

Terrible is the most I can say. Manager of that place is just the worst. She's judging u by car u driving. If u have BMW x5 then u can apply. She told me, that since I'm driving older Accord, I must b broke and that she doubt I can handle the payments. What a bit&$. There's two families terrorizing everybody they like just about everything. I asked manager about policy here and she said "if u don't like it- leave". Way to go Nutley Properties. I wish u bankrupt soon.
