Tried to make an appointment with this Dr for my son to be seen
A woman with a Latino accent picked up and was so unnecessarily rude!
It was basically like "why are you calling?!"
And after her speech, she didn't say goodbye
She hung up.
Pity on this Dr. That I won't be bringing my son to, this rating is based on the courtesy of his staff.
Your staff is a reflection of you.
Like entering a hotel, first impressions are everything.
I will find another doctor
