We are a product based company that ships to Domestic and International locations. We also ship new product into the US and therefore need a logistics company to handle the customs clearing etc.., and at times we will need a messenger service for local deliveries. NPD as a logistics warehouse handles all of this easily. Their facility is clean and very well organized. The team at NPD are very efficient and easy to work with, they are your logistics partner. I deal with a lot of Couriers all over the USA and hands down NPD Logistics is the most efficient and best detailed courier I deal with. They are top notch when dealing with Customer service. And the delivery is unbeatable. They deliver all my packages on Saturday and send me the delivery confirmation on every package allowing me to be better connected to my customers. They also have an extensive website that allows the customer to track their package to the second and when it is delivered they immediately post the signature and a photo of location it was delivered. In my eye, in the shipping business this is a huge deal. All this being said, I wish all my Couriers gave me this much info and service at the price paid. Thank you NPD, keep up the GREAT service.

5 Star Service. I have dealt with many companies in the past. None provide great service then NPD Logistics. My company has left all the other companies behind. We only use them for one reason. "THE SERVICE". Great system and up to date tracking. I would not want it any other way!!!
