I find Dr. Navarro to be very knowledgeable, he is easy to speak with, and he takes what I have to say about my condition into consideration (a quality that many doctors would be wise to emulate). When I was hospitalized with pneumonia, Dr. Navarro did not come to visit me, but when he did, he made it clear that he had been out of work because of an injury and he immediately took charge of my treatment. Once, I went to the office for what I thought was going to be a normal visit when Josephine told me that the visit was for pulmonary testing (breathing exercises). When I said that she had not told me about that when I made the appointment, her response was that if she'd told me, I would not have come - and she was right! I continue to have a great experience with two understanding and caring people who are down to earth professionals.
