Very difficult to get any results with, communication is non excitant, emails are rarely returned, need to call through a third party in order to speak with anyone. Have been waiting for trim pieces for almost 6 months now and still have no idea when these items will arrive. Also have a call button switch hanging out of the wall after the techs were on site which is not only unusable but unsafe .
