The customer service at this company is a disgrace to good businesses everywhere. Called briefly to get an estimate and all seemed good so we went ahead and booked a van for the next day. However, after my mother walked in and told me that she had already booked with a different company. I called back immediately to see if I could refund the $100 I just paid, as it had been less than five minutes. After making several snide remarks, and complaining how much our five minute interaction had inconvenienced him as he had already "moved around other customers" (still trying to figure out how he was able to do so much considering we had only been off the phone 2 minutes) the man named Michael told me I was giving him a headache and that he would have to call me back. Needless to say we did not receive a call back, thus we called him again from a blocked number which he then picked up. As he sat there making extremely rude and insulting comments and constantly yelling at me to "listen to him!!!!" I straight up told him I will call my credit card company, report fraud, and report him to the Better Business Bureau. In addition to posting about his terrible customer service all over the internet. Kindness would have gone such a long way, instead he was rude and snarky and only refunded my $100 after I warned him I would take further action. He then bid me farewell by telling me "not to be an a*hole." He obviously does not know me very well. Thanks Mike! Try not to be an a*hole either and maybe you wont end up with these reviews.
