This is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. They are totally unresponsive to customer needs. You have to call multiple times, leave voice messages and still may never receive a call back. They are the only distributor of audiometric equipment in the area so you have very little choice but to deal with them. This is the only reason they are still in business. If any one is interested in competing for their business all you have to do is provide customer service and you will beat them hands down!!!
