If you know how to cook steak then you can master these! I cooked these steaks so damn good that they disappeared in my mouth! They came out very tender and juicy and all I did was seasoned and broiled them on low with a bit of water, onions, and cooking spray (turning them occasionally). When I say perfect... I mean perfect! I will be buying from them again.... Real soon!
