North Shore Pizzeria

I love this place pizza good taste and good price my family and I favorite place. the reason why I give 4 starts is for the girl that takes orders. She has a horrible customer service. when I call to place a order for pick up she didn't even bother on saying good after noon north shore pizza or something she just pick up and didn't even say hi till I say hello can I place order. she needs to learn how to pick up the phone.

My family ordered a large pepperoni pie, which we do on a weekly basis at North Shore Pizzeria. Our kids also order food from there frequently during the week. We are regular customers. Today they messed up our order and sent us a regular pie instead of the pepperoni pie we ordered. I called back and told them they had made an error on our order and they said they would send the pepperoni pie as soon as possible. Not even 10 seconds after I hung up a young woman called back and told me to be sure we did not eat the pizza they had delivered so that they could take it back when they delivered the pepperoni pie. We were all outraged. We had no intention of eating the pie to begin with, but the fact that they could ask for the pie back after they made the error left us speechless. The woman on the phone stated they were going to redeliver it. Where is their customer service etiquette? It was in such poor taste to ask for the pie back, considering that it was their error to begin with. Most vendors of any kind that want to hold onto customers would not ask for the food back, just out of common courtesy. My husband called back and told them this. He also told them to forget about bringing us the pepperoni pizza, opting instead to cut our losses and never order from them again. They've lost us as customers forever and I would be leery of buying food from a restaurant that asks for returned food back - you may run the risk of buying something that was taken back from someone else's home. My husband works in the food service industry and not only is asking for the pie back poor customer service, taking this pie back and delivering to someone else is unsanitary and violation of NYC Health Code Violations.

Great food great staff 5 stars all around. Thank you guys.

Honestly i don't know why, but everytime i eat pizza from there i get the only stomach pains, not just me but my older daughter too, everytime i bite into the pizza it taste like a rag used to clean the counter, and everytime i buy my slice i see a little black dot on my cheese can it be molded or old? Never buy there again to avoid this stomach aches
