Best car buying experience I could imagine. They were professional, willing to negotiate, friendly, and most importantly, showed integrity when making sure they were delivering a great product. John and Jad handled the sales and negotiation. They were professional and fair (Jad also ordered delicious pizza while I was waiting!). Matt and Richard handled the financing and went out of their way to make sure the car was in tip top shape. On top of the great deal I was getting, they decided to put new tires on the car since the old tires' tread was not up to their standards. It demonstrated a lot of integrity and earned my respect. I would highly recommend North Shore Honda for any looking for a great deal and professional salesmen.

I never thought I would be able to say this about an auto dealership, but it is my pleasure to say that dealing with North Shore Honda was an absolute pleasure. No pressure whatsoever! Stuart Morrison (my salesman) gave me honest answers (I know this to be true because I compared elsewhere). I received a very fair price quote and no gamesmanship at the close.
