I used North Shore Golf Car Services this past weekend for an event in Queens. I contacted them the week of the event and was helped through the process at every step. The staff at North Shore was fantastic, showing patience and great customer service the entire time. They were very flexible with dropoff and pickup points even when I asked them to wait to call me the day of the event to confirm the points.
Our dropoff contact, Mike, arrived early to our eventsite in a freak blizzard, picked up the carts, and even stopped in to check how everything went before leaving. These guys are consummate professionals and I will be using them again for all of our New York based events!
