They sell mostly the same items as any other grocery store. This makes it convenient to go to. They also sell "premium" prepared foods. The meals they sell prepared are often stale and expired. I have had several bad experiences with their prepared foods, including containers that had flies in them. Don't buy their prepared foods and you'll be fine.

They sell SKL so they are the best supermarket on Long Island.

Best super market with best selection of beef over ever seen in america for the price. Boom.

when you walk in the door, make a right hand turn and keep on walking past the incredibly fresh produce and go right for the meat aisle. tucked in the corner is the butcher and on display there is teriyaki kabobs.
I love me some sweet teriyaki meats but when i fired these up on the grills at sea cliff beach i knew i would have to limit my intake of them. Small skewers cook fast and is probably some of the best flavor to compliment a sunset.
