I went there with a DPF. problem, they figured out the problem right away.the master technician Mr.mike told me it's the injectors are no good and need to be replaced, and they got it fixed. I am so happy with the results, and the truck is running great and the DPF problem is no more.thank you guy's.and yes I would recommend this place to friends.

Went to get my driver side window fixed. They did get me in quickly as promised but it was a downward spiral after that. The tech spent 3 hours replacing the window regulator and the switch. When we got the truck back there were several screws missing that hold the door panel on. Also, he disconnected the speaker and didn't plug it back in so now my window works but it cost me almost $800 for the tech to foul up my stereo. When I brought it to their attention they claimed that the screws weren't there to begin with and the speaker wasn't working then refused to correct the problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THESE MORONS!!!! I intend to tell every trucker I see from coast to coast to avoid this place at all costs.

My husband recently broke down in NJ and nursed the truck to Saddlebrook. From the start, it was a horrible experience. The person he dealt with on day one told him one thing and did another. No effort was made to help him at all. He kept getting put off. Day 2 brought a different person. This person had a little better communication skills and offered him a phone charger when my husband said his only way of charging his phone was his lighter. He hiked 2 miles to a hotel and was stuck there for 4 days!! My husband had no reassurance from this Freightliner dealer that his truck would be fixed. He is an owner operator, not a company driver, and they seemed not to care. Working with them was very frustrating!! This breakdown was very costly and they had a no care attitude. My husband finally searched the needed part himself, because he lost all confidence in this dealer. They finally got him on the road 5 days later! The straw that broke the camels back was after he got back on the road, all of his interior lights went out. My husband found the fuses in the battery box had not been hooked back up. The mechanic didn't even take the time to put everything back together. It was an expensive lesson, but if he ever has another breakdown in NJ, we will get towed elsewhere. These mechanics did not have good customer service, they took NO Pride in their work and charged more than any competitor. My husband was still too angry to write this, so I am relaying the experience for him. You can count on this dealer to take advantage of your horrible situation!!!

They have one of the worst parts counters I have experienced. There are numerous employees sitting around talking to each other about sports and whatever they did the night before while you stand there and wait and wait and wait. When I ask if someone can help they say they are busy working on something else and must wait for the next available person. Completely unprofessional operation. I have walked out at least 2 times from there. And most likely will not be returning. If I'm there I need a part to get one of my trucks moving not listen to wash women gossip!
