My mother is a patient at a local hospital and I had the opportunity to watch Dr Poole work with her today. During our interaction with Dr Poole, he demonstrated a calming bed side manner and performed a minor procedure that relieved my Mom's pain. He informed her of the plan of action for the following day and even attempted to joke around with her to make her feel at ease. Good work Doc! Thank you..
