Unbelievable. After the fire, the fire department left. My wife and I were looking at each other and trying to figure out what to do next. Our Neighbor recommended them. THANK GOD!! they came and took care of everything.. They we experts and professionals . They did everything they said they would do. I read one of the other posts, I have no Idea what they would be talking about..

I read their A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau.

My Insurance check came to me and I hired my contractor. House is beautiful. I guess in any business you have competitors who post nasty things. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. One of the best choices I have ever made. North Jersey Public Adjusters are the best !!!!!

Our contractor stop calling and went out of business I had take my savings to complete my home. Still not back to what it was and my fire was in 2007. The contractor left my home undetailed, no gutters, leaks, windows not put in right. And beware of refurbished windows and doors. My kitchen appliances were floor models and my kitchen cabinets were are horrible. I can go on I wish someone had told me.

Very disappointed! It is well known that adjusters get their clients at a very low point in their lives, sometimes they have already lost everything due to floods and fire. However, this company made empty promises, lied and cheated! They are your best friend until the insurance sends money after that they never return your calls. If they do happen to answer your call, they yell at you saying whatever is going on is your own fault and it's out of their hands. The contractors and sub contractors they suggest you use do terrible shotty work, but they, too, only know your name until they receive payment. Terrible that this company takes an already sad situation and makes it worse. BEWARE!
