Excellent program. From what I heard the instructor is very knowledgeable and will not slam the life out of you. I believe there is a affordable BJJ program at North Jersey Judo. That program will complement the judo. Might join, but work schedule is unforgiving. Weekends will work for me. See in the dojo!

World class instruction is what you will get at North Jersey Judo. Ramon has trained with the best in the world and has the ability to transfer all the knowledge he has gained to his students. He is very patient with new students and kids and the results can not be questioned. If you are thinking about learning Judo, self defense or getting in shape you have to check out his academy.

Our son Billy joined North Jersey Judo 6 months ago. We can testify that Sensei Ramon has been such a positive influence in our teenagers life! Judo has improved his confidence, strength and physical conditioning as well as his positive outlook on life. Ramon has inspired Billy to choose Judo as his number one sport going into High School. North Jersey Judo has exceeded all my expectations! I enrolled my 5 year old son one year ago in their Pee-Wee program and it was everything I could have asked for and more. Sensei Ramon is kind, patient, and is an amazing coach to the children. He teaches them skills that are life-long; discipline, respect, self-confidence, physical fitness, and reaching goals that may have been beyond their original potential. No matter the age, Ramon is in tune with the needs of each participant in his classes and makes them feel proud for everything they accomplish, no matter how big or small!
