to be clear, this is not a review of the doctors working at the practice. i would not be able to supply a review for any of the doctors because i never even got to see one. i called to make an appointment as a new patient, specifically calling out that the office is listed as in-network for my insurance, and that is why i am calling to make an appointment. i asked the receptionist on the phone prior to making an appointment to confirm that they accept my insurance. the receptionist confirmed and so i made the appointment. only after sitting in the waiting room and filling out the standard forms, etc... the receptionist (or nurse?) says the Dr Ramamoorthy (who i was scheduled with) did not accept the insurance. some other Dr did but he was unavailable for an appointment that day and i'd have to reschedule with him another day.
bottom line, i have to say that i witnessed horribly incompetent administration at this office and i would not recommend. the only silver lining was that they did at least inform me of the foulup prior to my seeing the dr. which would have incurred a bill that my insurance would not pay.
