Incredibly poor customer service. In the spring of 2015 we brought our S185 machine down to Bobcat of North Jersey. We had recently purchased it and did a preventative maintenance service and had them repair an overheating issue on the machine (~$2,200). It took a few days to complete which is understandable but once called to pick up the machine it was underivable due to a mechanics error. Once again I was understanding that these things happen. Once it was repaired (approx 1 day) I went to finally pick up the machine. About one week later we needed the machine on a job site to remove some plants (light work). On site, within 30 min., the machine overheated again. Now, having been kind enough about the previous issues, I demanded someone come out and repair the issue. They claimed it would not cost me anything when speaking with them. Now I am receiving bills for over $500. Just very poorly managed overall.
