Went to another Cadillac dealer that I had leased from previously but it was a high pressure situation and salesperson was not so knowledgeable about car. Went to North Bay and experience was totally different. John O'Grady has been working there for years and never once pressed for the sale. Highly recommend this dealership.

They are very helpful and don't pressure their customers. The dealer I spoke with (Marcella) there was amazing. He kept finding ways for us to save money on our car (Cadillac SRX). He was very patient and helped us find what we wanted. We checked out the other dealerships in the area and theirs was the best.

My sales rep Marc was very pleasant to work with as he followed up with me each and every time I called and left him a message (not many dealerships have this kind of service.) His customer service was excellent and knew exactly what I wanted and didn't settle for anything less (I wanted a specific year, model, exterior and interior color). I know that he gave me a great deal because this is now my 4th lease. I will be recommending Marc to many people I know who drive Cadillacs.

1. Amanda and Andrew were both very helpful and very patient with all my questions.
2. My car was ready when Andrew said it would be ready and gave me a call on my cell phone to tell me that I could come back anytime to pick it up. (I had gone for a nice long walk and was having breakfast at Wendy's).
3. It was easy to pay for, the cost of $10.00 for a NYS Inspection sticker was far less than what I used to pay (for my old car - not a Cadillac) at my service station.
4. I left for the Post Office and when I was ready to go home to Forest Hills, the engine light came on. No problem. I was told to come right back.The car was fixed and Andrew explained that a hose had come loose - not due to the work that North Bay did. Probably was that way before.
5. The physical service area where one waits is clean and inviting. Love that there is coffee and there is soda. And earlier there were some breakfast treats. Thank you! Plus, large screen TV's but they are not too loud. Thank you!
Lastly, for all these reasons, I am so glad I decided to make North Bay my Service provider rather a dealer that is closer to my home.
