Lived here past 3 years and do not recommend it. Some workers are friendly others are unfriendly and unhelpful. Elevators never worked making life difficult (always late to work, and forget moving in). Smoke smell in the hallway. Loud construction. You have to pay extra for rooftop access (you have to be a member of the gym). So many nice complexes on the UES - recommend looking elsewhere.
