The staff is very helpful and know where things are. This is similar to other department stores deal and merchandise wise. It's a good place to come with groups to just walk around and pass time.

Best quality merchandise. Different from the rest. The service is over and above anything I've ever experienced. I always look forward to shopping there.

The store definitely has a friendly staff so you should now hesitate to ask and interact. This is a key Nordstrom advantage. But this is not a flagship or top tier Nordstrom. This means you will not have the full selection available at those stores. There is limited mens designer selection, for instance (Thom Browne, Lanvin, etc. are missing). But you can find very solid selection of high quality labels.
