Brilliant service, extremely helpful for a surprise radiator failure (in a Saab, nonetheless) on a long road trip. Gave me a great price, even for being in the city. Friendly staff, clean waiting area (and bathroom!). Could not recommend enough.

Crooks and liers, they will get your money without fixing your car. They kept my Audi for weeks and weeks because every time I took it out smoke came out of the hood. Unfortunately, my husband had paid them before going abroad.

Somebody noted that they prey on women, it is true. They are "very nice/respectful", so it is easy to think they are trustworthy… Wrong!

When you wake up and your car is ready for the junkyard, they will give you the run around. (I have been waiting for them to pick my car with the toe-track for 3 days technically!!)
