Rude on phone, came to my place and didn't even fix my AC unit, got hung up on a few times. Poor customer service, poor workmanship, just a poor business in general. There are other businesses that are nicer and do a better job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Paid almost $2000 for a "brand-new" HVAC unit. On two occassions since buying it (less than 5 months) I've already had issues. The first instance was the unit wasn't cooling properly. A service call FIVE days after the call said there was "insulation blocking the condenser fan". Well, firstly, that's their fault... THEY'RE the one who installed the damn thing. Now, at a roasty day in NJ, it will take a whopping SEVEN days for them to take a look at my HVAC. These people are completely incompitent. I plan on going to our board member to black list them from this building. I will fully lobby our local HVAC sales/service company instead of them. What ever happened to customer service? If I was their brother, they'd be here in a jiffy. Instead, I'm a PAYING client that feels completely neglected by them. I am an active board member here and I plan to make my best efforts that Nor-(worst) never sells a unit here as long as I'm here.

Awesome - pulled my old PTAC and installed the new one in less than an hour (probably 40 minutes). New unit is quiet, works well, and has a nice electronic display (more than I expected). Even better, they came in $300 under the second best offer. To top it off, every time I called, Angela was polite and helpful...other than my old AC going out, the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant.
