More to follow... pending emergency work that my wife is having our vehicle towed in for.... first phone call didn't go so well, but I may have offended the guy by offering the phone number of the mechanic who last worked on my vehicle.

Fair, honest and fixed right best describes Noll Brothers. For almost ten years I have used their repair shop and towing service for myself, family and friends vehicles. They always fix it right for the best price. By far the easiest place to get your car serviced in the Central Jersey area.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance - my mistake, I should have checked these reviews beforehand! I asked for simple oil change and change of the heater hoses and fan belts. When my car was returned to me, there was white smoke coming from the vents. I checked the symptoms on the internet - turns out that if you don't carefully remove the heater hoses (ie cut them off or gently wiggle them off - you'll damage the heater core and it'll emit that white smoke). Noll brothers claims that it was like that when I brought the car in that morning!!! They refused to fix it - I had to bring to the dealer and replace the heater core for over $600. I registered complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Bureau in Woodbridge. When I checked in with the Consumer Protection Bureau, the representative told me that the owner cursed him out and hung up!! I don't know how they stay in business - must be the convenient location to the Metropark train station.

These guys are honest, they are on time and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a difficult job and they came and helped me even though it was extremely challenging. If you are looking for a good tow company I sincerely recommend Noll Brothers.

Jeff was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL. He decided to not show up for a tow job I was already waiting close to 2 hours for. Kept hanging up the phone on me and stated he didnt feel like getting the flat bed needed for my car. He left me and my kids stranded. We had to go with a different company and we reported him to the insurance agency to handle.
