The place is in a nice location. The property is well maintained. You can have 2 cats for free. Plus they include heat and hot water. Now the downsides. The heat is limited. So you need a space heater big time. The A/C is through wall A/C and they sound like wind tunnels. Very unreliable and very old. The appliances are bottom line GE. The walls and floors are thin so you hear everything that goes on in the other apartments. They started to update the apartments in order to compete with Avalon Apartments that were just built. Same old apartments just new stainless steel appliances. The rent like everywhere else in NJ is too high. They raise the rent without fail every year 5% (they don't mention this when you move in.) There are no sidewalks so people walk all over the place. There is a pool but even though you rent pays for it. They expect you to pay $150.00 (Current Price) to use the pool.
