Staff us so nice and courteous. They put you in a nice, warm, cozy mood to share the respect and care for your surroundings a bit more. Acoustics are good if you have a good sound/audio guy (or girl :-D ). Lighting combos are terrific. I always enjoy watching the stage lighting. Crowd can be a bit rough at times as far as being courteous to others, not yelling/ screaming in other patrons ears, or riff raff walking around. Security and house staff is always present which makes you feel secure that things won't get too out of hand. Parking is easy but will cost you about $20-$25 in a garage. Haven't had any trouble leaving with merging traffic. Police usually direct traffic coming out. If it's a late show (say 10:30-11pm), not many late night places to eat afterwards during the weekday unless you go to a diner. The building in the inside is gorgeous! It's truly a spectacular sight to look around when you can. Even all the way up to the ceiling. Overall, I look forward to going to see a concert at NJPAC again.

The facility is beautiful, my favorite venue for shows. The diversity of performances gives something for everyone. The staff is very courteous, and friendly. A great community spirit and support is found at NJPAC and you always run into lots of friends...!

Such a wonderful performance space - beautiful and modern, with excellent sound and outstanding talent. Every show I've seen here has been well produced and entertaining, from pop music to classical. Their education programs are wonderful, too!

This is a gem in Newark. Seats are comfortable. Acoustics are great. The hallways, walkways and entrances look dazzling. The theatre itself has a great ambiance. We had Tier 2 seats, and they were great for their price. Staff is very friendly. Concessions are very expensive. There is Nico's restaurant in the building for a good sit down dinner before the show. However, -1 star for limited and expensive concessions.

Alvin Ailey show was superb. NJPAC was beautiful, clean & orderly as usual. The staff was friendly & efficient. Parking is so close. Handicapped parking is abundant.
