Bruce totally misdiagnosed the problem with my Saturn, telling me my engine was blown and advising me that a new one would cost about $2500. My only other choice was to junk it. He charged me $85 for the analysis and another $85 to have the car towed off his lot. Another mechanic took a look and told me the problem had nothing to do with the engine. It cost me $700 at the other mechanic, and now the car runs fine. I get the feeling Bruce looked under the hood for about 30 seconds before he decided what the problem was. I would advise not going there for anything more complicated than an oil job. And even then, I might worry...
