I seldom write reviews, but felt strongly about sharing this one. In my opinion, expensive, does not communicate to client pertinent information received from seller's attorney in a timely fashion and prolongs the attorney review period ...thus leaving the opportunity for higher bidders to come and take the property from you. I lost two opportunities due to delays and better offers were presented to seller's during review period.
I was charged a fee for each contract reviewed, 3 in total and still no house. Needless to say...I am working with another attorney now.
I do not recommend at all.
