Do not, I repeat, DO NOT book with this company. Very unscrupulous, they do not honor quoted prices. Bait and switch pricing at the last minute. Over charge for tolls not taking into account discounts for non peak times. I was promised a call back by MONA, but of course, they lied. No one ever called me back to help resolve my issue. I had an EXTREMELY rude driver, who argued with me when he couldn't find my house and didn't have the correct phone number when he tried to call. He almost made me miss my flight! Stretch limo was older and some body damage in some places. Also the driver offered us water in the limo, it was WARM. It was in the cooler, but with no ice! Very unprofessional, they are the worst. Also they go under multiple names and have like 15 different phone numbers on their business card. AKA New Limo Express, NJNY Airportlimoservices, etc. Don't let the low price fool you, you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN!
