NJ Limo Bus LLC

I felt this was a terrible enough experience that it ended with small claims court and potential renters be warned. DO NOT USE NJ LIMOBUS! They used to be great but are now simply terrible. Rented a bus promised by owner to be great, new with a bathroom. We got a filthy, food on the floor ( the driver said he had just come from dropping off a wedding party) beat up (ripped seats and broken arm handles) limobus missing a bathroom and without functioning air conditioning. Was told by driver that all the guys knew this was the worst bus. I tried to call at that moment and couldn't reach the owner; only got dispatcher who was useless said there was nothing he could do there were no other buses. I was holding a valid contract and staring at a piece of garbage bus I would have never agreed to. I had thirty five people waiting to depart. We had to stop to use restrooms along the way. The bus was HOT! It was supposed to be a celebration and we were uncomfortable. Of course the same thing on the trip home. Numerous stops for restrooms along the parkway. I got no response from the voicemails I left that evening for the owners. I got a response from Annemarie Brasco(owner's wife?) after sending an email asking for a refund. This woman does her best to deflect fault (she said we were hot only because we were drinking alcohol- funny my friends who dont drink were hot too) and is good at accepting no responsibility for her business defrauding a client and breaking a legal and binding contract. I was offered a $100 refund for the lack of restroom on the bus. I laughed and went to file at small claims court. When they received the notification from the court I then got a call from their lawyer stating they wanted to settle and not go to court. We agreed on a price and I was supposed to have my money within a couple of weeks. That of course did not happen it took months and the threat of further legal action. I should have written this sooner but couldn't let it go any longer considering folks are now looking for prom, graduation and wedding transportation. I was so disappointed that people I had happily dealt with and recommended to others would be so quick to screw me on such an important day. You have been warned!

This is a must use service. They show up on time and get the job done right. The extra server on the back of the bus really helps your trip go over great. Bus was clean and recleaned while we at the casino.

Do not risk an important event with NJ Limo Bus!

We had a horrible experience with this company. We rented a party bus over the summer and had to suffer with malfunctiong air conditioning and other issues. When trying to tell the company about our experience, they brushed us off and were extremely difficult to get in contact with. Worse, they did not want to admit to the issues or provide adequate compensation.

Although we conducted a lot of research, it seems this company has help filtering negative reviews making them look better than they are. If they only took more time to actually provide service for their customers, they could spend less time trying to protect their online reputation. Be wary of this and other companies with even a few very negative reviews as this is a red flag that I wish I saw prior to booking them.

After having so many issues on the day of our booking and even more headaches trying to reach customer service, I would never work with this company in the future.

We selected the Cadillac Escalade 2015 Limo and loved the car. The car arrived earlier than requested to ensure that the timeline fit. The staff were accommodating when our wedding venue fell through and we had to change locations two months before the date. Our bridal party had a wonderful time in the limo since we got to pick our own music. The red carpet service at the end of the ceremony made us feel like royalty especially with the champagne awaiting us. The driver was attentive and courteous as well.

Horrible! No car showed up to my brothers wedding. We faced so much embarrassment, and there was no back up plan. All false promises and no delivery. Ate my money and said their boss is on vacation, so we will have to wait. Am I getting interest on this money?! Total disgrace to our culture and tradition as a car is an important part of the post wedding ceremony. If your cars are crap I suggest you sell them for scrap metal and make some money before your company goes bankrupt. The guy had the nerve to say I am "sorry" I don't know what to tell you! Too bad you will never have a wedding where you spend in excess of $200,000 dollars so you and your petty company or employees will never understand. But its all good, still not upset just feel sorry for you and your business as I know it will not excel in this market. So for all those looking to go with this company you already know where not to rent cars from.
