I called NJ LegalExpress to serve my soon to be ex-wife. Just relocating to a new state myself and not knowing anyone in New Jersey, I sent my paperwork to the local Sheriffs Department (5) times only to get it back "unable" to contact. I forwarded my paperwork on a Tuesday and by the following day I was emailed they had her located and served. She had moved from the known address in Hoboken, NJ to a nearby town Montclair, NJ.
