I have been bladder cancer free for over two years now. I originally went to a local ER and was diagnosed with a bladder infection. I normally don't follow up since the symptoms disappeared. However when I first met Dr. Lovallo he said he was not satisfied with their testing. He laid out a four step approach for testing. Due to his meticulous testing I was found to have a high grade tumor that was stage 1. Because of him we caught it in time. Had it remove, went through his treatments and have been cancer free for over two years. In essence he saved my life.

This place is a zoo. While the doctor, Thomas Christiano is a nice guy, he seems to be always pressed for time and rushing through the visit. Forget about trying to reach the nurse or other request by phone as they are always so busy that they don't even answer the phone. Even making an appointment is a hassle as they keep putting you on hold, always rushing you. They seem to be only interested in seeing as many patients as possible. If you want a personalized experience with people that actually care about you, then do not go here. On the other hand if you want to go to a medical factory and be treated like piece of dirt then by all means go for it.

Based on a recent experience with Dr. Lovallo I would definetely not recommend him, and a bit of advice to his colleages I would not have him damage the reputation that they have established. First of all i expect to talk to the Doctor when i have a concern about my health, NOT THE NURSE repeatly!!!! He does not listen to the patients when they tell him they have an issue, instead he reponds with it takes time to feel better.Well I am not better and he will be hearing from my attorney for my pain and suffering.
