The old lady hair stylist completely butchered my hair. I went in for caramel highlights and walked out with a bleach blond head with my dark roots resembling a hairband. I told her many times that the hair was too light and she refused to make it darker. She left the bleach in my hair almost 40 minutes and ate lunch. Never again.

First time tried eyebrows threading here... They did a decent job nice and clean... Will definitely go again..
