B*#L S#&T. Thats what they say. I got 4 call from Natalie about the 2006 Nissan Altima. I confirmed with her 1 hour ago and i went there only to know that the car was sold. when i asked for the paper to make sure that they really sold the car, they were not ready to show that to me. Its all B*#L S#*T. Also, since i went there by subway they looked down on me assuming i wont buy car but those idiots dont know that i will not come all the way from new jersey for time pass. IN SHORT DONT GO THERE. BETTER TO SPEND $2000 MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I love my 2011 Infiniti G37x s coupe Cindy sold me, Cindy Rivera made it happen quick , was very helpful every step of the way. Michael was strait forward and explained #,s in a very clear and understanding way. I appreciated the quick service and now can;t stop driving my G. Terrific car buying experience, too bad doors are closing. Nissan and Infiniti give great bang for buck, Performance which is key for me and style along with that. My third Infiniti for good reason.

Do not trust a word from anyone at this place. This is my second time taking my car in for service, and the experience is worst than the first time. I dropped my car in at 9:30 AM for 15,000 mile scheduled service. I was told that the work will be completed between 3-4PM. At 5:30pm I called in to see if the work was completed. When I called I found out that they actually close at 5:00pm and everyone had gone home.
I have never seen such utter disregard to other people. No one in the entire department bothered to tell me what was going on. I had to attend a family dinner in NJ tonight. I am now forced to incur extra cost for that trip as well.
The manger in the sales department was also least bothered when I told him that I needed the car tonight. He said call in the morning and talk to the service department.

My husband and I were looking for a car, and had been to another dealership before Nissan. (the other dealership was a less than desirable experience, so we were not excited to continue to look for a car)
But when we got in touch with Nissan for an appointment,
Arturo Defonso immediately wrote back, and set up an appointment for that day. When we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, and hellos. Everyone was so willing to help and friendly about it too. Arturo sat us down and explained how the Best Price worked. We were really excited that we weren't going to have to haggle and negotiate, and we could really express our enthusiasm moving forward, and/or ask all the questions we needed to without worrying we were going to hurt our "negotiation" down the line. Arturo was amazing and didn't pressure us, but helped to answer all of our questions, and find us the right car! He was wonderful to work with and i would totally recommend Nissan to any of my closest friends and family!

Buying a car is always a nightmare. Hours at a dealership arguing with the sales people. Anxious about getting a good deal, wondering if you're getting screwed by sneaky sales tactics.
Not at Nissan of Manhattan. I had the pleasure of working with James Clayton who assisted me with a 2013 Rogue that I need for my move upstate. James took the time to price out all of the different options based on my 24 month need, AWD, and mileage allowances.
With the upfront and transparent pricing and courteous sales professionals, I absolutely recommend going to Nissan of Manhattan for a stress-free and informative experience.
