Nissan of Garden City

Malvin Garcia is an excellent salesman. Helped me with my difficult situation and was very easy to deal with. I am very satisfied with my Nissan Rogue. Also the sales manager Victor Diaz is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a really great Nissan dealership. I would highly recommend everyone to go there and talk to these two gentlemen to find out the best deals in most convenient and friendly manner.

They are not helpful here at all. The sales person that helped us was extremely nice it was the the finance people that just left us waiting forever and did not want listen to us. We stated we wanted a used 2014 versa note selling for $9,995. Instead they insisted that a new car is better deal. I don't want a new car because a 2 year old car is new to me. I very don't suggest going here. If you can go to Nissan 112.

They sold me a car that was not check correctly. I had many problems with this car from day one. They have a new machine that checks alignment at front. I had my alignment corrected. I came back a month later with other problems. And guess what? My alignment failed. I spent over $1000.00 a month ago and Im guessing they didn't align the car the first time. My advice to anyone that gets work done here check it twice. And make sure they re-test alignment in the front. I'm very disappointed with Nissan of garden city. I love Nissan cars but this will be the last time I buy a car from Nissan.

7 hours to buy a car? Yes, that's what it took. I had the car picked out, the salesman had it cleaned and waiting for me around 12:00. Over 7 hours later I was able to drive it off the lot. Tony B., the salesman, kept putting new customers in front of me because of his potential commissions. He kept saying "Just do this, and "That's It" he would say. "That's It" took me all day. "That's It" should have taken 30 or 40 minutes tops. Even though I got a good deal on a car, it was not worth waiting that long to purchase it. I would never recommend this dealer

The girls in the service department have some serious attitude problems. Maybe they don't like their low paying 10/hr (whatever it is) job.
Rude sales team, think they're tough guys behind closed doors with cameras..... (That's all needed to be said about them with their cheap 100$ suits lol)
The finance managers will lie to you to make you buy the extended warranties (which are too high at this dealership.)
And slap on an extra 3-5 thousand on the car without you even knowing.
Make sure to READ before signing, which was where I made my mistake: since I THOUGHT they could be trusted.
They WILL LIE, so make sure you study the car/warranties/price/etc before coming in.
Better yet, just avoid the place.
