i have been going to this salon for a few months now, and i love their service, you walk in they welcome you, bring you coffee and a snack. you will get the most amazing results as long as you have a really good consultation. so please make sure you tell them exactly what you want and that they understood you, then you will have great results.

OK, so I've been coming here for at least a few years (not anymore) and when I look back at it, I was NEVER completely satisfied with anything they ever did (or didn't do) for me. I mean, yeah they always offer you coffee or something, but that doesn't make up for their lacking in other more important areas. The last time I was there, I was apparently given the MOST crooked hair cut I have ever seen! Yeah they hid it very well with all the curls and spray, but boy was it disgusting! Anyway, I'll never go here again. Not one time did they ever thank me for ALL the business I've sent their way, or for my patronage. My cousin went there ONCE, and they immediately sent her a thank you card and a coupon....wtf?!?! I'll go where I'll be appreciated for dropping hundreds of dollars in just a couple hours!
