called to make an appointment, they told me I could just 'walk in' that the Dr. would be there until 6pm. Got there at 5, filled out the paperwork, staff is not very friendly, bunch of sour faces. waited, they brought me into one of the rooms, assistant took my blood pressure, weight, height ect....no communication. He left, and I sat and waited for the Dr. and watching her go from room to room in the hallway. Approximately 45 minutes later, assistant came in, brought me to another room where a male Dr. came in and asked what I was there for?....I expected Dr. Zilberman a FEMALE, not a male. When I asked what happened to Zilberman the Dr. walked out and went to speak to her. She came in, NEVER ONCE having eye contact with me, looked at my chart and started bitching about how she wasn't going to take me because she had 3 other patients and only worked until 6pm....it was already 6:25pm.
With that, I got up, put my coat on, ripped up my paperwork, asked for the paperwork I had just filled out back, they refused and said 'don't worry, the insurance company won't be charged'.....I was so pissed and outraged that I left, yet when I got to my car I just had to go back and tell them off. Unfortunately, the one that got the brunt of the yelling was the little assistant that had nothing to do with ANY if it...
THIS PLACE SUCKS....STAY AWAY FROM IT...one stop CHOP SHOP, nobody cares!!!
