I was waiting for help for 20 mins, which is ridiculous for such a small store. When I finally found a Sales Assistant he, in super lazy manner, told me how unique this store is, and how it's only one NikeLab in US. Oh really?? So why do you suck so bad??? All workers seemed high and not present in this world, I'm not talking about helping customers in this case at all. I didn't buy anything and will never be back. Terrible experience, just awful!

Manager and staff are rude and disrespectful, both prior and during my purchase. They weren't interested in helping me, and ignored me when I was asking a question. I'm not sure who they think they are and why they are still employed at this location. They give Nike a bad reputation.

Beautiful showroom but not that much to see. Only a few real "lab exclusive" products. If you get an appointment for the ID individual then this place is amazing and you can build truly one of a kind sneakers. Not the place to come if you are looking for "quick strike" "re-releases" or special "packs". Staff are all amazingly friendly and knowledgeable.

Nike is my sh!*, but 21Mercer Lab is a small place and the selection is very minimal. Don't get me wrong, I'm down for the unique and extra crispy pieces, but I enjoy browsing through many options - not just offbeat concepts. Good place to go if you're a collector - not so much if looking for the popular product lines.
