Amazing hotel at excellent location, close proximity to major subways.
The room was clean, comfortable, the staff friendly and professional.

The only con was the lack of minibar that I usually use to keep some food refrigerated in the gaps between bottles :) - but was able to survive without it.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great bar. Oh, and superb location. Great value, especially for business travelers.

I booked this hotel off of groupon for my birthday. My fiance and I stayed for one night. We got the deluxe city view for which costed us $300. There was NO CITY VIEW! We saw a brick building. The room was okay nice bed check in was smooth. The contruction next door woke us up early in the morning. After we checked out it was a complete nightmare . We was charged $100 for security fee at check in that we were suppose to get after we checked out. Not only did we not recieve our deposit back but we we charged an additional $150 for a smoking fee.ME & MY FIANCE DO NOT SMOKE ! We called and they refused to refund our money or even listen to us. Then 2 days later we were charged another $250 ! They claim that was what was suppose to be charged when we checked in. So they charged us for there mistakes soo in total we spent almost $700 for one night. When called to resolved the issue they refused to even try to help. They transferred us around got answering machines and unanswered questions. So instead of a wonderful birthday gift I was hit with ridiculous fees and headache.

So i suggest DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Once they have your credit card information they take your money for unheard of reasons. I hope this is helpful to someone
